These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LongRun mobile application (the "App") and the longrun.one website (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully before using the Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About LongRun

LongRun is an information utility that aggregates publicly available regulatory filings from the companies listed on National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange and delivers summarised alerts to registered users. LongRun does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or any regulated financial services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and truthful registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately at contact@longrun.one if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Services to:

Receive real-time alerts about regulatory filings by listed companies
Read AI-generated summaries of publicly available exchange filings
Manage a personal watchlist of companies you follow

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or their infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Services using automated means
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
Redistribute, resell, or commercialise LongRun content or data without our prior written consent

6. Analytics and Advertising

LongRun is provided free of charge. We do not display third-party advertising within the Services.

We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the Services are used and to fix defects, and we use advertising-measurement tools to determine which of our own marketing campaigns lead people to install LongRun. By using the Services you acknowledge this processing, which is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

Where your device offers a control over advertising measurement — Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, or the Google Advertising ID settings on Android — you are free to decline. Declining does not restrict your access to any part of the Services.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Google (Firebase and Google Sign-In), Apple (Sign in with Apple and the App Store), Meta Platforms, and Amazon Web Services. Your use of features provided by those platforms is additionally governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

LongRun is not responsible for the availability, conduct, or data practices of those third parties, and any failure or interruption on their part may affect the Services.

8. Information Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: LongRun is an information aggregation and summarisation service. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Specifically:

Filing summaries generated by LongRun are produced using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always refer to the original regulatory filing for complete and authoritative information.
LongRun does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any securities.
Past performance of any company discussed in the Services is not indicative of future results.
You should consult a registered investment adviser before making any investment decisions.

All information provided by the Services is sourced from publicly available exchange filings. LongRun makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

9. Intellectual Property

The LongRun Services, including their design, software, AI summarisation technology, branding, and content created by LongRun, are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Regulatory filings displayed in the Services are public documents sourced from NSE and BSE and are not owned by LongRun. LongRun claims no intellectual property rights over the original content of regulatory filings.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from LongRun's proprietary content without our prior written consent.

10. Availability and Service Interruptions

We aim to provide reliable, real-time delivery of filing alerts. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.

Delays in filing alert delivery may occur due to exchange downtime, network issues, or other technical factors. LongRun is not liable for any losses arising from delays or unavailability of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LongRun and its developer shall not be liable for:

Any investment losses or financial damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on their content
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated filing summaries
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to use them in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Services are currently free, our total liability is nil.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to LongRun, its users, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App or contacting us at contact@longrun.one.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via push notification or email and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
